Duct System Cleaning

Why do you need duct cleaning? According to the EPA, Home owners need to have their units ducts cleaned every year especially if there is a noticeable dirt buildup, on top of regular filter changes, and if there is substantial and visible mold growth inside the ducts even though the appliances are well maintained.

Duct cleaning process in a nutshell

Our special negative air pressure machine will be connected to the air duct nearest to the furnace. Various tools (we never use a rotor brush) that adapt to the shape of the duct are used to dislodge contaminants and debris; these objects are collected into the attached container. Clean air is filtered through a HEPA filtration system, removing 99.9% of particles. All access holes are resealed, returning the duct system to its original condition.
